The Aquatremor™ sound system uses a 300W amplifier and comes standard with hook-ups for your home stereo system or any portable device: cassette, CD, mini CD or MP3 player. An optional Magnadyne AM/FM/CD marine deck and spa side control is available for those who want a stand-alone system. External outdoor speakers for backyard entertaining are also available. All of the components of the Aquatremor™ sound system are housed within one specialized door of the spa, so it can be added at time of purchase or anytime in the future!
The highly specialized transducers installed on the shell of your Arctic Spa have been engineered to allow the entire structure to become a speaker. While it provides a full range of audible frequencies, it is especially effective for the transmission of powerful low frequency tones in the range of 46 to 68 Hz, which have been shown to help sooth and relax muscles and tissues throughout your body.
By making slight adjustments to the sound frequencies within this range, practitioners can target specific areas of the body for treatment. Research has shown that vibroacoustic applications can be divided into three main areas:
- Muscle relaxation and relief of muscle spasm,
- Increased blood circulation in the arms and legs
- Reduction of stress and improvement of mood.
